Insight Global is looking for a Property Manager to support our client in the Phoenix, AZ area. This person will be responsible for managing an office and medical portfolio on behalf of our client. The Property Manager will oversee a team and handle the majority of the operational activities. This person must have strong experience managing relationships with business tenants, property owners, and vendor partners. The Property Manager plays an integral role in working with new and existing clients by finding creative solutions to strategically position assets. The primary goals for this candidate are to effectively manage the portfolio, build effective relationships with internal and external parties, expanding the customer base, and successfully oversee the day to day operations of your team.
1. Valid Real Estate License
2. MUST have experience with commercial property, only residential experience will not be accepted
3. Experience with either Yardi or MRI software
4. 4+ years of commercial real estate management experience
5. Bachelor's Degree
1. CPM or RPA certification
