A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Mid to Sr. Level Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, youll lead and coordinate all aspects of Large Industrial & Commercial construction project. You will be Collaborating with stakeholders during plan development, providing technical expertise, and estimating budgets. Responsibilities will also include Managing subcontractor bids, contract negotiations, and compliance. This role is a Mid to Senior Level position, looking for 5-15+ years of industry experience. B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field
Large commercial/industrial construction project management experience
General Contracting experience is PREFERRED over owner experience
CSA (Civil, Structural, Architecture) Experience is required
Proficient in project manager software
Proficient with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports
