Job Description

The team lead for the Distribution Maintenance team is going to be trained to support the Breaker SACA Control Cutover Project that will begin at the start of 2026.

The Distribution Maintenance division is looking to have the team lead start in the first two weeks of June this year to get amped up on the role and learn the ins and outs of APS.

The goal will be that this individual becomes a leader for future techs hired at the end of this summer.

Functions of this role:
· Using three-way communications support field crew working at the substation with point to point testing of SCADA points and user interface within Advanced Distribution Management system (ADMS)

· Validating one lines in ADMs against EMS. Review drawing and validate they are representing substation correctly and SCADA functions, notes and tags are correct.

· Listen mode test, compare raw data from substation RTU to screens in ADMS validate against EMS.

· Point to point check out of data with EMS team and substation SCADA tech using three-way communication to validate data in ADMS validating values and screens correct.

· Model promotions to correct errors and update any SCADA points and UI displays.

· Workflow management tracking work scheduled and completed.

· Communications support some knowledge in this area.

- Experience in ADMS (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Schneider DCS System (if does not have this, a plus is a similar system background)
