We are looking for a Jr. Agile Champion to join the Information Security Organization, specifically Cloud Security Strategy & Governance. In this role, you will be partnering with a Sr. Scrum Master/Agile Champion to help link and label stories and features in Jira to ensure clear and organized tracking. As this team has a ton of embedded resources that are cross-functional to other teams in InfoSec, you will help track and report progress on these resources to the respective key stakeholders. This includes pulling and analyzing reports from Jira and Confluence tools to monitor project status and delivery, assisting in coordinating agile ceremonies and meetings, as well as communicating status updates and ensuring they align with the team goals. It is important that you can collaborate with a variety of different team members including other Project Managers/Agile Champions, Product Owners, Engineers, and leadership. Given that these projects are Information Security related, it is ideal that you have foundational knowledge in Security and/or are willing to learn in that environment.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
-Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Experience with Agile methodologies.
-Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
-Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
