As an IT Analyst, you will participate in reviewing current processes and metrics to support operational effectiveness, identifying constraints or opportunities that could impact the business and technology strategy. You will be responsible for developing artifacts such as documents, dashboards, process flows, and code reviews that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and metrics, while also capturing opportunities to simplify processes and improve KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics. Additionally, you will facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to gather relevant insights and review the artifacts you produce to ensure completeness and accuracy. This role also involves capturing and maintaining KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics as needed.

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Entry level knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Entry level to intermediate process and data analysis skills.
Entry level experience in analyst of a specific IT domain (Data Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Product Owners/Managers, Finance Analysts, or Business Systems Analysts).
Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
