Job Description

A client in North Phoenix is seeking a Field Service Team Lead. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of cutting-edge tools used in the semiconductor industry.



- Lead the installation process for semiconductor equipment, including setup, calibration, and system integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate installation at customer sites.

- Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Lead a team of field service engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.

- Coordinate work assignments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience with tool installation in a clean room environment.

Familiarity with installation process and procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Leadership experience

Experience with CVD/Ashing/Furnace tools.
