Job Description
Assists the Regional Field Sales Manager with customer and rep sales functions, to increase oversales in assigned markets by focusing efforts on rep and customer response time in conjunction with the Manager by understanding of the customers' expectations in Hospitality
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Assist in sales effort to organize and close projects in conjunction with the Regional Sales personnel and TempurSealy Independent Sales Representatives to obtain sales obectives
Provides on-going sales feedback to their assigned Regional Manager and V.P of Hospitality.
Works cross functionally to help resolve customer facing issues
Must maintain a top customer list (South and North Carolina) and report Monthly to regional sales manager
Must maintain a top project list and report weekly to regional sales manager
Demonstrate use of divisional sales strategy to influence and align customers to reach company goals
Build strong relationships both internally and externally
Acts as a liaison between the regional sales team and independent reps.
Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Must demonstrate dependability and initiative.
Communicate directly to reps on key account orders

Required Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
A passionate ambassador for the brand with the ability to convey the corporate message (vision and strategy) convincingly to the customer and sales reps
Unwavering personal integrity and ability to build relationships based on trust and respect
Ability to confront reality in assessing business performance and opportunities
Excellent problem solving skills
Organized, good communication skills both orally and in writing
Personally dynamic with a strong work ethic
