Job Description
A large University in Arizona is seeking a DEXA certified technician to perform 2–4 DEXA scans daily, primarily focused on bone density and body composition assessments. The technician will regularly conduct body composition scans and ensure accurate data collection and patient comfort. In addition to DEXA responsibilities, the candidate will assist as an imaging aide in other modalities including ultrasound, MRI, and pulse wave imaging. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, adherence to imaging safety protocols, and technical proficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team are essential.
