Job Description
As an IT Staff Engineer I, you’ll manage and support IT infrastructure and applications, design solutions, and lead project tasks independently. You’ll implement intelligent automation using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, ensuring reliability, compliance, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions (Generative AI, Agentic AI).
-Design reliable engineering practices and recovery procedures.
-Create performance monitoring metrics and reference architectures with visual diagrams.
-Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and controls.
-Lead projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in IT App Support, Development, Networking, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Intelligent Automation (OCR/ICR, RPA, workflows).
• Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and Agentic AI development.
• UiPath Cloud or similar low-code platforms (Blue Prism, Nintex, Automation Anywhere).
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Microsoft Power Platform.
• Financial Services/Banking knowledge.
