Job Description
The Delivery Management Lead’s day-to-day focus is on driving Waterfall project delivery from planning through execution by partnering closely with BSAs and cross‑functional teams to build clear, end‑to‑end workplans, enforce delivery discipline, and keep projects on track. They monitor delivery health, hold teams accountable to timelines and scope, and proactively move initiatives from amber or red status to green by identifying risks, removing blockers, and coordinating testing and QA readiness. The role requires strong indirect influence—negotiating priorities, aligning teams without direct authority, and ensuring the right resources are engaged—while providing clear, data‑driven status updates and reporting. Throughout the day, they balance governance, stakeholder communication, and hands‑on problem solving to ensure projects deliver meaningful business and AI-driven value on time and with quality.
