Job Description
An employer is looking for a Construction Integration Manager in Phoenix, Az. The main function of a construction supervisor/manager – production is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years as a Construction Manager or Supervisor
Ideally 10 years of industry experience
Experience working within Data Centers doing Networking
Experience with Cabling – specifically Fiber Cables
Experience with furniture installations such as racking, shelving for storage, and Cabinet buildouts
Experience with Networking infrastructure
