Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for 5 Client Service Representatives with a large financial services client in Phoenix, AZ. This position does require to work onsite 5 days a week. The Client Service Representative will field approximately 100 calls a day from clients to verify account information, granting account access, or direct the call to the right department. Other responsibilities include documentation, data entry, reviewing documents, and indexing. Someone who is able to implement constructive feedback as well as provide an elevated service to the client will thrive in this environment. This person will be paid 21-22/hr.
