Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Implements and enforces standard operating procedures consistently, initiating corrective actions when performance metrics fall below expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Designs and maintains benchmark reports to evaluate the effectiveness of pod programs and individual staff contributions, using insights to drive improvements.

Policy Compliance: Upholds company-wide business processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring consistent application across teams.

Subject Matter Expertise: Serves as a go-to resource for resolving complex or escalated issues, offering guidance and support in research and resolution.

Cross-Functional Support: Partners with customer service and operations teams to clarify order-to-cash processes, deliver training, and resolve issues efficiently and judiciously.

Leadership Collaboration: Analyzes pod performance data and collaborates with leadership to recommend strategic adjustments when goals are not met, often contributing to cross-functional problem-solving efforts.

Process Optimization: Works closely with the Customer Resource Center to refine the order-to-cash workflow, enhancing integration between departments and improving customer satisfaction, processing speed, and cash flow.

Strategic Feedback: Provides Finance Managers with regular updates on account trends and priority concerns to support financial planning and decision-making.

Team Development: Coaches and mentors team members to build skills and improve performance, implementing initiatives to ensure service levels consistently meet or exceed expectations.

Additional Duties: Performs other responsibilities as needed to support departmental and organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience

4-7+ years of experience in an Order-to-Cash or finance related operations
2 years of leadership experience creating process improvement
Advanced in Excel
Experience managing cross-function teams and driving initiatives to completion
