Our financial services client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-visibility, audit-driven Vulnerability Management initiative. This role will focus on translating evolving requirements into actionable deliverables, managing enterprise-level implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Security and ServiceNow leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ServiceNow, vulnerability risk assessment, and security program execution in a financial services or banking environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects under the Vulnerability Management Program
Translate audit findings and evolving requirements into structured project plans and deliverables
Track and execute on project milestones
Oversee vulnerability remediation efforts across infrastructure, application, cloud, third-party, and physical security domains
Collaborate with Security and ServiceNow Directors to align workflows and reporting
Manage stringent approval processes and ensure compliance with NIST and FFIEC frameworks
Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Project Management role supporting Vulnerability Management initiatives (security, vulnerability, etc.).
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent platforms (e.g., for vulnerability tracking, remediation workflows).
Proven track record of successfully executing projects based on milestone deliverables.
Project Management experience with audits such as FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, etc.
Proven experience with enterprise-level implementations.
Deep understanding of vulnerability risk assessment and remediation processes.
Strong skills in project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Project Management experience as part of a financial or banking institution.
Exposure to vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7).
