Job Description

An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire a Sr. Manager of Mechanical Facilities systems for a new semiconductor facility in north Phoenix. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 7-8 engineers and a team of technicians to support both the HVAC/Air systems and process systems for this facility. This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. This is a full-time role, and we can offer a salary between $180k and $195k plus bonuses and a generous benefits package. Exact compensation may vary based on education and experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
PE (Professional Engineering) License
8+ years of total mechanical facilities engineering experience in semiconductor or similar advanced manufacturing facilities. Candidates needs to have experience with Air/HVAC systems (exhaust environmental controls, etc.) and process systems (chilled water, cooling towers, consumer water, air vacuum, CDA, hot water, steam systems, water treatment, water filtration, etc.
2+ years of management/leadership experience leading mechanical facilities operations teams.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office and Bluebeam
