Job Description

The Administrator of Quality supports quality assurance, quality control, and EHS initiatives within the Government Solutions business unit. This role leads the implementation and administration of the digital Quality Management System (QMS), manages document control, internal audits, and QMS training. Responsibilities include maintaining quality records, supporting management reviews, and driving continuous improvement through metrics and reporting. The Administrator partners cross-functionally to standardize processes and ensure compliance, serving as the go-to expert for QMS-related activities.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years with quality activities
Experience with any type of QMS system
Experience with ISO 9001:2015
Experience being involved in audits
Comfortable conducting trainings and working with different departments
Strong computer skills as well as verbal/written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with ETQ QMS
Experience in/certifications in lean operating systems (Six Sigma)
