.NET/C# Developer

About Us: We are a very established platform, focused on enhancing our internal backend-facing systems that receive data from various external systems. We are expanding our capacity by adding another Scrum team to drive our strategic roadmap and feature enhancements.

Project Overview: The initial focus of this role will be on the onboarding process, dealing with bugs and maintenance tasks for the first three months. Success in onboarding will lead to easing into enhancements by features.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on the onboarding process, addressing bugs and maintenance tasks.
Transition into feature enhancements after successful onboarding.
Develop and maintain backend processes and systems.
Collaborate with the Scrum team to drive strategic roadmap initiatives.
Develop APIs and backend systems primarily using C#.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the team's success.

Technical Skills:
5 + years of experience in C#/.NET.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, web application, and backend building.
Experience with API development.
Familiarity with SQL Server databases.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
High probability to convert to a tech lead role after 8-9 months, based on demonstrated ability and learning.

Front-end experience in React is a plus
Knowledge of Azure cloud services is preferred.
Experience with .NET Framework 4.8; .NET Core experience is a plus.
