Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Documentation & Work Instructions
Create, update, and complete Work Instructions (WIs) for legacy products
Identify and close documentation gaps that create quality, throughput, or scalability risk
Standardize manufacturing documentation to enable repeatable, production‑ready builds
Process Definition & Continuous Improvement
Define, document, and maintain manufacturing processes to support stable, repeatable production
Identify and implement process improvements to improve quality, yield, and manufacturability
Proactively resolve known build issues to reduce downstream production disruptions and firefighting
PLM Ownership & Configuration Management
Own ongoing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) execution for legacy products, including:
Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, updates, and corrections
Drawing updates and release coordination
New part creation and lifecycle management
Maintain clean, accurate, and production‑ready build definitions to support manufacturing execution
Production Support & Execution
Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations for actively shipping legacy products
Partner closely with Operations and Project Management to prioritize and execute engineering work
Manage and execute a large and growing backlog of engineering tasks
Provide clear status updates, risk identification, and execution progress to stakeholders
Operational Risk Reduction
Protect current revenue and operational stability by ensuring legacy products remain well supported
Identify, assess, and escalate risks related to documentation quality, process maturity, or PLM accuracy
Key Deliverables
Complete Work Instruction coverage for assigned products
Clearly documented and implemented manufacturing processes
Accurate, up‑to‑date BOMs and drawings within the PLM system
Timely execution and closure of assigned engineering tasks
Improved production stability, quality, yield, and throughput

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a high-growth environment
Hands on experience with PLM systems (Arena preferred)
Strong proficiency in Solidworks
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Arena PLM experience
