Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of building automation and controls projects. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and a passion for smart building technologies, looking to grow their career in project management.
Assist in managing building automation and controls projects from initiation to closeout.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Support scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
Track project progress, identify risks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client specifications.
Participate in site visits, commissioning activities, and client meetings.
Provide regular status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
