Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Coordinator and Quality Inspector is responsible for providing mission critical support to the Civil Engineering Squadron, particularly in areas of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Conduct inspections of buildings, structures, and boundaries
Design and oversee the implementation of facility expansion, layout, and quality controls
Ensure all aspects of each project progress in a timely manner while adhering to internal company SOPs and external regulations and laws, including project reporting and documentation
Monitor and update facility records in facility management database
Determine facility and equipment specifications
Gather and analyze data, blueprints, and reports

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field such as construction, engineering, or maintenance
Proficiency in reviewing and commenting on Design Intent Drawings/ As Built Drawings
Some cost estimating experience
2 years of experience with AutoCAD and SAP
