Job Description

The Nation's leading steel manufacturer is seeking a qualified Metallurgist / Process Engineer to join their growing plant in Kingman Arizona. They'll be joining at the cutting edge of new product development on site in support of product development, training effforts, statistical process controls and help continuous improvement on the melt shop and roll mill side of the house. This person will join the quality team working on identifying quality trends, root cause and corrective actions for products. We are seeking someone who knows how to meet customer expectations all while contributing to the division's goals for safety, quality and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-6 years of experience as a Metallurgist or Process
Engineer
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Experience with process improvements for current and
new products.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools such as XCEL,
PowerBI or IBA.
- Experience with various types of metals and raw
materials.
