Job Description
Insight Global is seeking IT Technicians to support a large client. In this role, technicians will provide level 1 help desk support by responding to and resolving tickets through Zendesk, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring clear, accurate communication throughout the ticket lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing devices such as workstations, laptops, printers, phones, and handheld devices, as well as resolving networking issues related to Wi-Fi and wired connectivity. Technicians will also manage user access by creating and maintaining user IDs, email accounts, and building access credentials, while supporting device management tasks such as new equipment setup, workstation configuration, inventory tracking, and check-in/check-out processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with application support tasks like reopening purchase orders, deleting item profiles, generating return labels and commercial invoices, and resolving order or shipping issues. This role requires close collaboration with the operations team to monitor and maintain critical warehouse technology, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Application Helpdesk/Support
• Re-open purchase orders
• Delete item profiles
• Generate missing return labels
• Create/generate missing commercial invoices
• Fix/Repair order/shipping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
