Job Description
Technical Trainers are responsible for delivering training courses to both customers and internal teams on company products and systems. They must also develop training curriculum for new courses and demonstrate the ability to engage with students with patience and professionalism. In addition to classroom instruction, Technical Trainers are expected to provide hands-on technical support and participate in on-the-job training (OJT) activities at customer locations when not conducting training at a company facility.
Trainers are required to achieve instructor certifications as well as meet defined skill levels for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company equipment.

Required Skills & Experience
Knowledge and/or technical training experience on Vertical Diffusion Furnaces.
Minimum 3 years’ tool installation and/or maintenance experience at a customer site and/or
direct Technical Training experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Demonstrated classroom training and/or hands on OJT instruction experience preferred.
A.S or B.S. in a related electro-mechanical field.
