The Technical Trainer – All Trades is a cross-functional, flex trainer capable of delivering instruction across NEO, Fabrication, Assembly, and Logistics workstreams. This role provides surge capacity during ramp peaks, supports multi-shift coverage, fills gaps during PTO or attrition, and drives consistency in training delivery across the full operation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain active qualification across multiple advanced safety certifications, including OSHA-30, NFPA 70E, LOTO (Authorized User), Forklift, Hot Work, Crane/Rigging, and Working at Heights.

Provide flex coverage to support multi-shift training (1st and 2nd shift), surge ramps, and second-shift ramp activation.

Serve as a "train-the-trainer" resource, supporting development and calibration of other Technical Trainers across the organization.

Partner with Instructional Design and Curriculum Development teams to standardize content, validate delivery, and capture field feedback for continuous improvement.

Support Incident Investigation, JHA / Risk Assessment, and Near-Miss Management training for supervisors and leads.

Lead targeted retraining and remediation in response to safety events, quality issues, or performance gaps identified through KPI reporting.
