• Own EPA and RCRA hazardous waste compliance end to end: manifests, generator status (LQG/SQG), and accumulation area management under 40 CFR Part 262, plus licensed disposal vendor audits.

• Own the facility-wide Job Hazard Analysis program: set standards for completion, review cycles, and sign-off across all job classifications, and audit for quality.
• Coordinate SPCC and EPCRA spill prevention and emergency response, lead drills, maintain a trained spill response team, and keep the master environmental compliance calendar at zero missed deadlines.
• Own the facilities safety and hazmat program budget and the disposal and consultant vendor relationships, and manage and develop the environmental and safety technicians assigned to the program.

• You've managed Maximum Allowable Quantities of hazardous chemicals under IFC/NFPA 400 and worked directly with an Authority Having Jurisdiction or county fire and air authority on control area design and permits.
• You've managed and developed environmental or safety technicians, or owned the disposal-vendor and consultant relationships and budget for a hazmat program.
