We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a semiconductor fab in Chandler, AZ. The technician will be responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, and conducting scheduled maintenance and consumable changes. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. This role requires interfacing with various internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are met. Additionally, the candidate must adhere to all safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals and be capable of completing documentation and training others.
The position involves working compressed shifts, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday or Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday. Key challenges include diagnosing equipment alarms, reading operational data, and creating action plans as needed. The Technician must be able to sustain equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment with minimal direction and use root-cause problem-solving techniques to address complex issues on semiconductor toolsets. The role also requires the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, including collaborating with associates from various departments.

Bachelors degree in related field
