Job Description
This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of work and the value delivered by one or more Agile teams supporting the Network AI and Agentic Transformation and is focused on serving the needs of the team to drive performance, predictability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies and impediments, maintaining visibility into delivery plans and progress, and helping ensure deliverables, epics, and stories are advanced in a structured and effective manner. This role supports transformation execution by helping teams maintain healthy backlogs, improve delivery discipline, and align work to agreed priorities and outcomes. They ensure impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows agreed processes, and there is strong collaboration between delivery teams, workstream leads, and stakeholders. They promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, enabling teams to become increasingly effective, self-managing, and outcome-oriented.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and dependency management.• Experience facilitating Agile delivery for technology programs, products, or transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.• Ability to coordinate the flow of work across deliverables, epics, and stories to support incremental and predictable delivery.• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to run effective team ceremonies, working sessions, and cross-team alignment meetings.• Experience managing team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and escalation paths in a structured and timely manner.• Ability to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog in partnership with delivery leads, workstream leads, or sponsoring stakeholders.• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear visibility into plans, progress, blockers, and delivery risks.• Experience using delivery metrics to assess team performance, delivery health, and opportunities for continuous improvement.• Strong collaboration skills and ability to promote effective communication across business, technology, and transformation stakeholders.• Ability to coach teams on Agile ways of working and reinforce agreed norms, definitions, and team practices.• Experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment with evolving priorities and cross-functional dependencies.• Working knowledge of Agile tooling and workflow tracking practices used to manage stories, sprint commitments, and delivery progress.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through in support of execution discipline.• Ability to support delivery of transformation initiatives without requiring deep specialization in the underlying technical domain.• Strong problem-solving skills and judgment in helping teams navigate delivery friction and competing priorities.
