Process Delegate

Insight Global is seeking a Process Delegate to support one of our largest financial clients in Chandler, AZ. This individual will fall within Core Technology Infrastructure – Infrastructure Automation Services provide the tech platforms, standards, governance, and training to support automation of every aspect of infrastructure resources. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Support execution of the strategy and risk management discipline across the execution domains
- Monitor RISE (Risk Integration Support Environment) deliverables: including items pending SOR validation, early identification and escalation of blockers
- Provide SPI Oversight: Enterprise Process requirements and performance goals are met across SPI where IAS is owning or performing ERH. Intra month identification and remediation of anomalies. Controls and metrics provide assurance of issue remediation sustainability
- Ensure EOL Policy adherence: On-going monitoring of committed End Of Life remediation dates, establish a routine to review the remediation plans with product managers, proactively identify date modifications and drivers. Provide timely status to senior management
- Drive Vulnerability remediation within SLA or robust justification for ERP: Track and analyze vulnerabilities ensuring on time remediation or timely documentation and approvals of ERPs and proactively working with appropriate teams for timely resolution.

5+ years of experience in process improvement
Background in infrastructure - ideally working with DevOps teams and good understanding of IaC
Risk and control background
Six sigma/yellow belt

Previous work in a regulated environment, specifically financial services
Engineering/hands on background
