Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Modeling and Simulations Engineers in the Metro Phoenix, AZ Area. Our client provides innovative solutions for national security, commercial aerospace, and space exploration. As a Modeling and Simulation Engineer in the GNC team, you will be responsible for running simulations of guidance, navigation, and control systems for aerospace You will work closely with other GNC engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the simulations meet customer requirements and performance specifications. You will also have experience in C++ programming language and be able to read and modify existing code as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in modeling and simulation of guidance, navigation, and control systems for aerospace applications.
- Active Clearance is required.
- Strong knowledge of guidance, navigation, and control principles and systems.
- Experience with simulation model development and maintenance, including mathematical models and software models.
- Experience with C++ programming language, able to read and modify existing code as needed.
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
- Experience with flight test programs and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
