Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Manager for one of our manufacturing clients. This does require onsite work Monday through Friday in our client’s Casa Grande, AZ office.
In this role, you will plan, establish and manage information technology projects, will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. This position is responsible for the management and reliable operation of information systems, day to day maintenance of the IT Network Infrastructure, business applications, telecom systems, desktop, field devices, customer support, end user training and end user support for all these functions. In addition, you will ensure proper functioning of corporate information processing systems. Helping business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency. Working close with senior management to assure corporate goals are met by applying technology to the routines of the business. Keeping computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, develop, and implement standard or custom business management applications along with standard operating procedures. Be closely involved in such areas as: data entry coding, policy, procedures, workflow, form design, reporting and systems analysis. Coordinates with all departments in obtaining cooperation and consults with Subgroup and Group IT Departments, and external vendors in performing job duties.
- Direct and control all activities of the day-to-day IT functions, including the planning, budgeting, and maintenance of networks in support of any system.
- Assist in the development of departmental standards and procedures, direct and coordinate the work, providing technical support and training as it relates to operation of hardware and software within the network infrastructure.
- Lead or oversee information technology projects including development of project plans, budgeting, tracking and implementation.
- Set effective KPI’s to measure performance across all stakeholder groups.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with hands on Windows server administration
- Experience with Syspro and Microsoft Dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required,
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with ZAPP for Business Intelligence
- Experience with Unipoint
