Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Manager for one of our premier clients to sit at a new warehouse location in Buckeye, AZ. The Operations manager will be helping standing up a new 1 million square foot warehouse for one of the customers largest clients. This ideal person will have previous experience supporting 3 PL clients. He/she will need to have experience with P&L and also keeping track of inventory. This role will require to meet with Director of Operations day to provide warehouse updates but also require the employee to work on the floor. The ideal employee will have experience running a warehouse with 100+ employees.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of warehouse logistics and inventory management experience
3-5+ years of experience in an operations management role
Experience supporting 3PL warehouses and management of inventory
Experience with P&L management
Experience tracking KPIs and metrics
Comfortable meeting with clients daily
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
