Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Civil Engineer, PE to join a growing team in Phoenix, AZ. A Civil Engineer, PE in this role supports the planning and execution of land development projects for complex industrial facilities, large commercial sites, and hospital campuses, balancing technical design with real‑world constructability. Daily work centers on translating project goals into coordinated site layouts, grading concepts, and infrastructure solutions that align with regulatory requirements and operational needs. The engineer collaborates closely with internal design teams, consultants, and public agencies to resolve site constraints and keep projects moving forward. Throughout the project lifecycle, they provide technical oversight, contribute to cost and feasibility discussions, and help guide projects through permitting and construction. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong design judgment across multiple active projects. This role can pay up to 150K+ based on an evaluation of total relevant experience and education level.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed P.E, Required
Strong understanding of AZ codes (Local Zoning & Land Development)
Project Management Experience (full project lifecycle)
CAD experience
