Insight Global is looking to hire a Training & Development Specialist for one of our largest clients. They will spearhead the development, coordination, and delivery of end-user training for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting; and Procure-to-Pay capabilities within the Procurement function. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that facilitates the adoption of Ariba solutions and best practices.
Develop and execute a robust training strategy for SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules tailored to a variety of end-user audiences.
Design, create, and deliver training materials including job aids, user guides, e-learning and presentations; for instructor-led and virtual sessions.
Conduct needs assessments to customize training content to suit different user groups experience levels and roles.
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using adult learning techniques to ensure high knowledge retention and practical application.
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to incorporate continuous feedback into training materials and delivery methods.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments and stakeholder feedback; and implement adjustments for ongoing improvement.

3+ years demonstrated experience in delivering adult education and learning principles in a corporate setting.
Proven track record in deploying training programs, including the development and rollout of training strategies in a large, complex organization.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, video creation software, and LMS Platforms.
Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
