Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on site 5 days a week in Calgary, AB, 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
-Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs.
-Manufacturing + Aerospace experience
