Job Description

About the Position:
As a Senior Project Manager within the Project Management Office, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive HR and business transformation across the enterprise. Your role focuses on partnering with HR and corporate business leaders to deliver projects that enable process optimization, technology integration, and organizational change — ensuring measurable impact on strategic and operational outcomes.
You will apply strong project management discipline, HR transformation experience, and executive presence to manage diverse stakeholder groups, including senior HR leadership, business partners, IT, and external vendors. This role demands a balance of structure, diplomacy, and assertiveness to align competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and ensure delivery excellence across large-scale initiatives.

What you will do:
· Lead the delivery of complex HR and business transformation projects that include HR technology enablement (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), process redesign, and change management.
· Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and PMO leaders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned to organizational strategy.
· Establish and maintain effective project governance structures and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment.
· Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior HR leaders, demonstrating the presence and credibility required to manage challenging or conflicting priorities.
· Drive structured planning and execution using the most appropriate methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project type, complexity, and outcomes.
· Oversee project budgets, resourcing, and timelines to ensure efficient use of financial and human capital.
· Identify dependencies and risks across workstreams, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and proactively communicated.
· Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications teams to drive adoption, readiness, and successful transition to new ways of working.
· Deliver transparent, outcome-based reporting to Steering Committees and senior leadership, clearly articulating project health, decisions required, and anticipated impacts.
· Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, process improvements, and benefits realization insights.

· Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence without authority, and manage senior leaders with confidence, empathy, and composure.
· Proven capability in portfolio governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination within a corporate PMO or shared services environment.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable updates for executives and project teams alike.
· Analytical and results-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategic objectives and tactical delivery.
· Recognized strength in applying standard project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent) with flexibility to adapt to organizational context.
