Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to join one of Calgary's largest agricultural companies for a permanent position in either Calgary, Saskatoon or Loveland, Colorado. This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite and 40 hours per week. This position will be responsible for collaborating with both the Information Technology and Financial business teams to drive value through ensuring delivery of projects and programs within the IT portfolio. The role will build strong relationships with our business stakeholders, and both formulate and execute plans to deliver key strategic projects within our landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

-10+ years of experience working as a Solution Delivery Manager
-Minimum of 9 years of experience involved in execution and delivery of sustainment Initiatives.
-Minimum of 4 years of direct program and or sustainment management experience.
-Track record of successful sustainment delivery, including contemporary and advanced technologies.
-Strong, extensive, practical experience in complex technical landscape management, which was gained through managing medium to large teams in a matrixed environment.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program and project management in a fast-paced, high-change environment with competing priorities and tight timelines.
-The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems and negotiate conflict resolution when the need arises.
-Must be able to think calmly in a high stress environment, and perform under pressure.
