Insight Global is looking for a Senior BSA/Technical BA for one of Canada's largest insurance and investment organizations. This is a 6 month contract with a likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent and is a remote opportunity across Canada. Extensive experience working as a BSA is a must as well as experience with configurations, testing, and gathering requirements is crucial.

- Intermediate to senior level experience working as a BSA or Technical BA
- Extensive experience working with SaaS vendors
- Experience with OneSpan for electronic signatures or other e-sign products.
- Experience doing configurations, setting up information and working closely with business units to gather requirements
- Testing experience is a must (Load Runner or Azure Load Testing tools or Postman preferred)
- Experience with some but not all technologies including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Mural, ServiceNow
