Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a SAP CATS Functional Lead to join a Big Four consulting company to support a SAP S4HANA implementation for a client in the energy sector. This is a 6 month contract to start, with high likeihood of extension to 18 months in total. The candidate will sit fully remote in Canada and travel to Calgary ad hoc. This is a greenfield implementation, but for HR, CATS and Mini Master, you will be leveraging existing functionality and ensuring it works in the new design. You will be working heavily in SAP, Workday (Core HR), existing SAP CATS processes and HR Mini Master setup.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM
- At least 2 full lifecycle CATS implementation projects (design, build, configure, testing, deploy)
- Hands on configuration experience in CATS and HCM
- Strong experience integrating into workday
- Strong experience leading requirement sessions and design workshops
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Techno-Functional experience in SAP integrations, middleware, APIs and SAP BTP
- SuccessFactors exposure
