Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Records Management Clerk for a 7-month contract to join one of Calgary's mid-sized oil and gas companies. This opportunity is onsite 5 days a week onsite and 37.5 hours per week. This person will be expected to implement and maintain the Employee File Retention Schedule system for the collection, classification, destruction, and retention of records, images, documents and information relating to employee files.

Required Skills & Experience

-Completed diploma or certificate in Records Management Technology or equivalent experience

-2-3 years of experience working within an office environment

-2-3 years of proficiency within SharePoint

-Strong data analysis and organizational skills

-Strong understanding of record filing, and retention/scheduling

-Excellent communication and independency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Proficient Excel experience

-Oil and gas or Corporate Law background
