Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager specializing in aerospace defense manufacturing for a full-time permanent position. A successful candidate must be located in Calgary, Alberta with the expectation to work in office 5 days a week. Should a candidate need to relocate, the company will provide relocation assistance for those looking to relocate. This candidate will lead cross‑functional initiatives from project kickoff through completion, ensuring outcomes meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

* 10 years of progressively senior project management experience across multi‑functional, multi‑level organizations.
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Aerospace, or related discipline — or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
* 5+ years in a large‑scale component manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace.
* Demonstrated capability in program and change management, including assessing and aligning change initiatives.
* Strong financial skills with hands‑on experience managing project budgets and cost estimates.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* PMP certification
