One of our largest agricultural companies is looking to bring in a Program Manager to work on a massive Digital Supply Chain project with the main priority of stabilizing and sustaining the program. This individual will report directly into the Sr. Manager and act as their right hand-man. The program is divided into 4 pillars and this individual will oversee all of them with a lead for each pillar. The individual needs to have a strong understanding of Agile scrum methodologies and hold their leads and teams accountable to meeting deadlines and budgets. The individual will be responsible for defining scope, goals, schedules, agendas, kick-off calls, etc. for all projects within the program. The Program Manager needs to be able to identify and maneuver risks mitigation and also have excellent presenting skills as they will be working high level executives.

· 10+ years working as a Sr. Project Manager and or Program Manager
· Excellent understand and practicing of Agile Scrum Methodologies
· Ability to lead a large team of functional and technical individuals starting with a team of 4 leads
· Strong experience of defining program scope, goals, schedule, agenda and deliverables
· Excellent presentation skills with a history of presenting to high level executives
· Experience working with Jira and highly proficient in Excel and understanding data
