Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Process Analyst for a 12‑month contract. This role will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to document current‑state processes, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements.
This is a full‑time, in‑office role, with some flexibility to support work‑life balance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar process improvement role
- Demonstrated process analysis and process improvement experience within an operational business environment
- Six Sigma experience (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt preferred) with practical application of Lean / DMAIC methodologies
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Strong background in continuous improvement, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Oil & Gas industry experience is considered a strong asset
