Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Licencing Associate to join a major Wealth Management client. A typical day in this role involves reviewing the prior day’s client transactions, including incoming funds, transfers, and account debits, and ensuring all activity is accurately processed with a clear understanding of investment trades. The associate proactively contacts clients to confirm the receipt of funds, explain account activity, and respond to inquiries, while also managing daily email correspondence and scheduling client meetings. Significant time is spent preparing for meetings by reviewing client accounts, identifying outstanding action items, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. All client interactions, meetings, and preparation notes are accurately recorded in the CRM to support compliance and continuity. The role also includes supporting advisors with portfolio administration, where knowledge of portfolio management and investment research is considered an asset. For individuals with insurance licensing, responsibilities may extend to processing insurance applications and documentation using internal systems, including insurance coding and compliance‑related workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or wealth management environment
• Strong financial background with a solid understanding of investment and account administration
• Hands‑on experience working with Dataphile and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including account openings and sending client documentation through Adobe
• Strong understanding of operational and compliance‑driven process workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to monitor high‑volume email inboxes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
Licensing requirements include completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Wealth Management Essentials (WME)
• LLQP insurance licensing
• CIM designation
• CFP
Conquest financial planning software or experience with other financial planning software
