Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Industrialization Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with the expectation to be onsite 5-days a week in Calgary (near the airport). Responsibilities include leading industrialization and manufacturing improvement projects. A successful candidate will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience in facilities, manufacturing technology, or cell design.
- Strong project leadership and team‑management skills.
- Experience identifying and implementing new manufacturing technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Technical post‑secondary degree.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP, PMI, or other project management certifications.
- In‑depth knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems, - Aerospace Engineering Systems, or aircraft production.
- Experience in roles such as: Production Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or Manufacturing Engineering.
