Insight Global is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join one of Calgary's largest aerospace manufacturing companies. This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite in Calgary, AB, 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes safety, employee engagement, quality, productivity, and teamwork. You will act as a key advisor to leaders and employees, delivering strategic guidance and hands-on HR support aligned with the organizations business transformation strategy.
Other responsibilities will include:
-Supporting 200+ employees with a madidate that business will grow exponentially (100 people to still be hired this year)
-Working side by side directors and TA's to build growth/hiring strategy
-Deal with "blue collar" on the day escalation example: drug policies etc.
-Attendance management and challenging PPE
-Most importantly building/fostering relationships to create changes throughout the organization over time. Mus be boots on the ground!

-5+ years of HRBP background, ideally in a few different industries such as, manufacturing or aerospace or the Suncors/Nutriens dealing with sites.
-Ability to provide metrics to explain/show the "why"
-Outside of the box thinker, experience with high fast paced, ever changing environments
-Understands how to assess the importance of tasks and decisions and set priorities - focusing time/energy on the most important issues/opportunities
