This role focuses on managing workflows in SAP Fieldglass, coordinating requests between hiring managers and suppliers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in transactions. Youll also support basic reporting, user guidance, and process execution to help deliver an efficient and compliant program experience.

5+ years of relevant experience in procurement operations, contingent labour management, vendor management systems (VMS), or financial process support
Intermediate experience using SAP Fieldglass or a comparable VMS; hands-on familiarity with SAP ECC and/or Oracle ERP systems
Strong understanding of contingent workforce lifecycle processes, including job posting, onboarding, time/expense approvals, and invoicing
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to inform decision-making
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across departments and external suppliers
Effective communication skills, including facilitation and training delivery (live and virtual)
Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance
A customer-service mindset with a focus on problem solving and critical thinking
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and follow through on deadlines
Experience in process improvement or change management initiatives is considered an asset
