Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Director of Industrialization for a leading aerospace client in Calgary, Alberta 5 times a week on site on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the design, construction, and operational readiness of a new aerospace manufacturing campus. You’ll ensure that facility infrastructure and production systems are fully integrated to support efficient, safe, and scalable operations. This Director will also be hiring 8 Industrialization Managers that will be joining the team.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing, industrial project management, or facility design.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success managing large-scale aerospace construction and industrialization projects.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft assembly, tooling, and facility systems integration.
• Experience developing manufacturing layouts and flow for new or relocated operations.
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Management; P.Eng., PMP, PMI , or MBA preferred.
