Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Credit Supervisor for a 4-month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity, with the expectation to go on site 2 days a week downtown.

Required Skills & Experience

Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
Credit Policies: Implement and enforce the company's credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Credit Limits: Set credit-rating criteria and determine credit ceilings for customers.
Monitoring: Continuously monitor the status of existing credit accounts and manage the debts of creditors.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on credit-related activities to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and accounting, to resolve credit issues and optimize credit operations.
Customer Interaction: Meet with clients to negotiate payment plans and address credit concerns.
Managing and Training: Provide mentoring, training and guidance to the credit control team to ensure best practices are followed.
