Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Contract Compliance Auditor to support a leading professional services client within the Oil & Gas sector. This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension and permanent conversion, based in Calgary with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will lead contract compliance, joint venture (JV), and revenue audits, reviewing commercial agreements, analyzing production and revenue data, and identifying cost recovery opportunities across complex Oil & Gas operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of upstream and/or midstream environments and be comfortable working independently on audit engagements from start to finish.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Contract Compliance, JV, Revenue, Cost Recovery, or Internal Audit within Oil & Gas.
• Experience supporting upstream and/or midstream operations.
• Strong understanding of JV accounting, production accounting, or revenue accounting.
• Proven ability to conduct independent audit testing and fieldwork.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Production allocation audit experience.
• Royalty audit experience.
Joint Interest Billing (JIB) knowledge.
