Job Description
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters based in India to support a large-scale Agentic Enterprise project. These individuals will play a critical role in driving the transition from waterfall to agile delivery models, ensuring efficient execution across cross-functional teams.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a global delivery environment, with required overlap with U.S. Eastern time zones (work until 3:30AM IST)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Drive transformation efforts from waterfall to agile methodologies
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless delivery
• Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams remain on track
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
• Track delivery progress and maintain visibility into sprint outcomes and timelines
• Act as a liaison between offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
• Hands-on experience supporting waterfall to agile transformation initiatives
• Strong track record of cross-functional program delivery
• Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background or exposure to data engineering, data analytics, or data platforms
• Experience working in global/offshore delivery models
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise implementations
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Familiarity with enterprise data initiatives (MDM preferred) is a plus
